Here is proof of that. Death orders for stray animals signed back to back on 11, 14 and 15 July 2008 by the Beykoz municipality of Istanbul. Papers authorizing the “culling team” of Beykoz to check out a public vehicle from the municipal parking lot for each one of these days.
