Puppies are not usually garbage – except they were in the city of Bilecik a couple of days ago… Not just puppies, their mothers too.
Because the municipal murder team was at it, and they poisoned whatever stray dog that came along. Not just strays in fact, at least one owned dog was poisoned as well.
This is going on basically non-stop…. Please protest, and please be the voice of these poor animals. Dogs do not belong in the garbage, they belong in loving homes… Send your protest messages to the following address: bilecik@icisleri.gov.tr
In muslim countries dogs are considered dirty, unclean and harmful. You can protest all you want but it is in total vain as long as Turkey is a country of pious muslims and pretend-secular people, nothing will ever change.

Unforgivable cruelty and neglect of these precious souls. Their images haunt me – and should haunt every compassionate human on earth. Shame on authorities and people who turn away from their pain, loneliness and hopelessness – victims of mankind’s irresponsibility and cruelty. Write, speak and demand help for these dogs!

This has nothing to do with religion .. the dogs are abandoned .. they breed , In some parts of Turkey Neuter and release schemes are proving to be succesful in controlling the numbers of street dogs .. This needs to implemented throughout Turkey , Poisoning , imprisioning and killing has never been sucessful . Turkey has been doing this for years and they still have a huge stray dog problem .. when will the Municipalities learn ?

What Nick says is not absolutely true, because dogs are considered dirty animals by the tradition of the islam and not from the prophet himself in general. Search on the Google by the words “ISLAM +DOGS” and you will see various opinions in this subject.
Nevertheless, in our time we cannot stay imprisoned by the traditions that ruled peoples believes thousand years ago.I we should do so, why don’t we follow the traditions of non violence between people, of non profit businesses, of true praying etc. Some people just excuse their violence and psycological problems with everything convinient.

Dog means for Islam, if you can touch a dog. then you must take ablution. because pig and dog is forbidden by religion for all müslims.
